Audiences at the latest production by Turnpike Community Theatre left rave reviews as the company completed another sell-out run.
The Leigh theatre’s three performances of Willy Russell’s ‘Blood Brothers’ closed on Saturday evening, with one audience member saying: “I really enjoyed last night. It is a difficult thing to make an audience laugh one moment and then have them still and quiet the next. Great venue too. I am looking forward to coming again!”.
This year has seen Turnpike add another production to their playbill and it has proved to be very popular, attracting new audiences and strengthening the group’s following.
The group are now preparing for their festive pantomime, Dick Whittington, which will be performed at the Turnpike Gallery from Tuesday 28 November to Saturday 2 December. Tickets are selling quickly, especially after the success of the recent production, so get your tickets quickly! For more information, visit www.turnpikecommunitytheatre.com
