Circle Dance – beginners welcome

Circle Dance is a mixture of traditional dances from around the world together with newly choreographed dances. Come along and try it for yourself on Mondays at Croft Village Memorial Hall from 1.15pm to 2.45pm.

It’s a chance to get to know this type of dance – which has a spiritual component, in a similar way to yoga. It can be approached as enjoyable physical exercise or as something deeper. Either way it can bring a sense of joy and relaxation. At Croft, you’ll be guided by Cindy Kelly and Adrian Pointon who have more than 50 years teaching experience between them.

Who is Circle Dance for?

Circle Dance is suitable for beginners. If you can walk, you can dance! Each dance is taught, there is no audience and everyone is welcome. So come on your own, or with a friend, and join in. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring a bottle of water!

Please contact adrian@myrriadd.com if you are joining the group for the first time. Each session is £8.
