Royal recognition for life saving Paramedic Tina

by Editor

Former Golborne High pupil Tina Roe has saved many lives during her 11-year career as a paramedic working for the North West Ambulance Service.

In fact, Tina’s good work has won her many commendations over the years, but maybe none so royal as her recent invitation – to attend Prince Charles’s Prince of wales 70th birthday patronage at Buckingham Palace in May.

It meant that Tina, who grew up in Elliott Street, Golborne, was amongst the guests at the first appearance of Prince Harry and Megan as a married couple. It was also attended by Prince Charles and Camilla.

Congratulations Tina and we hope you had a fantastic day!
