Lowton West Residents enjoy Easter Eggstravaganza!

by Editor

More than 40 guests attended an Easter Eggstravaganza which raised more than £400 for local good causes.

The event, held at Church Lane Community Centre in Lowton, was organised by the Lowton West Residents Group.

With help from the Brighter Boroughs fund, allocated by Golborne and Lowton West Councillors, guests enjoyed an afternoon tea with music from the U3A ukelele band.

There was also a fun Easter Quiz and a raffle – with the winning ticket drawn by local MP James Grundy.

In all, more than £400 was raised for local good causes.

Well done everyone!
