The aim of this site is to bring positive, community news and useful information to people living in our towns.
We more than welcome contributions from anyone – regardless of age or experience – to be included on the site. If writing isn’t your thing and you’re a talented photographer, can make short compelling videos or other kinds of media content, we’d love to hear from you.
We can’t pay for your contributions, sorry, but we will credit you for anything you write and it’s a chance to share your writing or research with people living in Lowton and Golborne, and perhaps build up your own portfolio if you are hoping for work in the media, writing or journalism.
Contributions from local school pupils or students are more than welcome.
