Paula found the right diet after 20 years – and now she can help you lose weight, too.

Whether you’ve piled on the pounds during lockdown, or have been trying to diet unsuccessfully for some time, there’s now help available from local diet consultant, which makes you more likely to succeed.

It was Paula Brown’s own 20-year-long battle with weight that inspired her to become a consultant for the 1:1 Diet.

By her own admission, she had tried every diet going – but over the years, even when she lost some weight, she soon found it piling back on again.

“I’ve had clothes from size 20 right down to size 12,” says Paula, from Lowton. “All my children and friends ever heard me say was: ‘I’m on a diet’… again.”

Paula lost weight using the 1:1 Diet – now she helps others do the same.

Things really changed for Paula after she took the decision to find a Consultant to help her – and with their support, began the 1.1 diet by Cambridge weight plan.

At first, Paula admits the decision was daunting. “I was so embarrassed when I got on the scales in front of somebody I didn’t know,” she remembers. “I even refused to be told how heavy I was! But my consultant was amazing and put me at ease.”

The 1:1 Diet is a meal replacement plan that is tailored and personalised to each individual. The plan consists of six steps which are adapted to you by your consultant, depending on your goals and lifestyle.

“In that first week, I lost 6lbs”, Paula says. “So that was it for me, no looking back. I knew this plan was the one I was going to stick to it and lose my weight.”

And sure enough, Paula has now lost an incredible 6 stone on the plan.

“I have never felt as happy as I do now and I can’t ever remember being a size 12. it feels amazing,” she says.

“I’ve had my ups and downs but always managed to stay on track with the support from the groups and Consultant. That’s what inspired me to become a Consultant myself, and help others like me achieve the weight loss that they’ve been struggling with.”

How does the 1:1 Diet work?

The key to success on the 1:1 Diet lies with your trained Consultant.

When you work with Paula, she will help tailor the diet to your specific needs. Together you’ll set goals and develop a realistic plan which works around your lifestyle – you may work shifts, long hours, or have a family, and all those things can make sticking to rigid off-the-shelf diets difficult. With Paula’s help, the 1:1 Diet should work around you and your life.

You’ll also get one-to-one support from your consultant at every stage of your weight loss journey. Paula explains: “As your consultant, I’m your mentor, your cheerleader, your friend. So we can work together to overcome any blips along the way and make sure you keep on track to achieve your ultimate goal. I know that support was vital for me, so I understand how much difference it’ll make to you, too.”

What can I eat on the 1:1 Diet?

The 1:1 Diet is a meal replacement plan, but that doesn’t mean the options are bland and boring.

“There are loads of options to choose from,” says Paula, “from porridge, soups and shakes to chocolate bars and meals like chicken tikka, cottage pie and spaghetti bolognese. There’s plenty to keep your interest.”

The 1:1 Diet could be “the one” for you, too. Want to get started?

Paula spent 20 years finding the right diet plan for her. Now, six stone lighter, she has all the experience needed to help you achieve your weight loss ambitions too.
