The price of a home in Golborne has risen by 13% over the past year, according to the latest figures from property website, Rightmove.
It shows that the average asking price for a home in Golborne is now £159,296. That compares to £141,560 a year ago.
A home in Lowton will set you back £212,669 on average. It’s an 8% increase since July last year, when the same home would’ve been listed for sale at £197,265.
The cost of homes in Culcheth has also risen. The average asking price for a house is now a whopping £382,031, which is up 11% on last year.
